Accommodation for Full Time Students

As Michener receives more applications than we have residence spaces, priority is given to applications received before the deadline, from students living more than 100 kilometres from Toronto.

Residence Rates (For Michener Students)

Residence rates for Michener students for 2010-2011:

Schatz Hall: $685/month, $735/month with linen service.

Residence fees for the academic year are payable in advance, but students whose stay begins in September and extends beyond four months may pay in two installments. The first installment, plus an administrative fee of $25 is due August 15, 2010 and the second installment is due on February 1, 2011. There is no administrative fee if fees are paid in full on or before August 15, 2010.

Continuing Education Students

Residence space in Shatz Hall is also available to Michener Continuing Education Students. Short term room rates for continuing education students are $57.14 (+GST) per night and $270.00 per week. Linens, towels, local phone service, and alarm clocks are included.
