Critical Timelines
September 1 to March 1
- Applicants apply for entry into the next Medical Radiation Sciences Class
March 1
- Deadline for applications to be received by Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC)
March 31
- Deadline for transcripts to be received by Medical Radiation Sciences Program
- final transcripts for those who are not currently enrolled in a university program
- up-to-date transcripts for those who are currently enrolled
- Deadline for Choice Form to be received by Medical Radiation Sciences Program
- Deadline for English Facility scores (e.g.TOEFL, IELTS, MELAB or COPE) to be received by University of Toronto and The Michener Institute
April to June
- Applicants undergo interviews. Based on their admission ranking, applicants are sent firm or provisional offers of admission, or informed that they have been placed on the waiting list. Applicants have two weeks to accept the offer of admission.
June 15
- Deadline for transcripts to be received by Medical Radiation Sciences Program from applicants who have just completed a semester/year of university study
- Applicants with provisional offers are reviewed based on final transcripts
Late June
- Applicants with provisional status are informed of their updated status.
Late July
- Applicants are sent fee invoice, registration, orientation, immunization and advanced standing information.
