Important Information for OSAP Students

OSAP for students in the Radiation Sciences programs (Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Technology, Radiation Therapy) are processed through the University of Toronto.

For all other full-time programs:

Loan documents will be available for pick-up starting January 2nd in the Financial Aid Office, Room 513.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before picking up your loan, you must check your online OSAP application at http://www.osap.gov.on.ca to ensure that your application has been processed.

You will need to bring your SIN card and one Government-Issued Photo ID in order to collect your loan.

An NSLSC representative will be available onsite at Michener from January 2nd-5th from 11:30am to 3:30pm to process your loan documents.

OR

Once your loan documents are signed, you must take your Loan/Grant Certificate to a designated Canada Post outlet within 30 days of obtaining the signature. To find out more information on the designated post outlets, you can contact National Student Loan Service Center at 1-888-815-4514 or visit: http://www.canlearn.ca or http://www.osap.gov.on.ca.

 

Important Notice for full-time students

For full-time, *non-MRS students:

The Registrar's Office is advising students to check their online student portal for important information regarding tuition fees. Tuition fee balances and statements are available for viewing through the SelfService (formerly IQWeb) student portal:

To Login:

User Name: First letter of your first name + last name + last 3 digits of Michener ID# (e.g. JDoe456)
Password: Last 6 digits of your Michener ID# (e.g. 123456)

Tuition fee payment due dates for 2011-2012 academic year:

First Year Student Fees: July 15th, 2011 Returning Student Fees: August 12th, 2011 All remaining and outstanding fees: December 16th, 2011

If you are deferring your fees to OSAP, please complete this form and submit to the Financial Aid Office by the tuition deadline: OSAP Deferral Form
