Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) – Development and Implementation

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are a set of written instructions that document a routine or repetitive activity followed by an organization.
Using well established tools, participants will learn how to effectively overcome the challenges encountered during the development, writing, training and implementation of effective SOPs.
At the conclusion of the course, attendees will be able to perform a gap analysis, write an SOP that meets regulatory expectations, and conduct SOP training.
