Advanced Concepts of Leadership in Healthcare

Building upon the courses in the Leadership in Health Care Graduate Certificate, or on the previous experiences of senior health care leaders, this online course develops advanced skills required for effective leadership in health care. There will be exploration of a variety of concepts, both theoretical and practical including strategy, advanced coaching and management, and an advanced analysis of team and group dynamics. Course evaluation will be based on participation in discussion postings, case study analysis and a short paper.

Special Note:If you wish to receive a Graduate Certificate in Leadership in Health Care, you must complete FSQM110, ETHL110, OEHL110, three electives, and ADHL110. You can apply to the program anytime during the course but no later than the end of ADHL110.
