This is the fourth course in the Leadership in Health Care Graduate Certificate Program and is being offered for the first time in February 2012. Participants will have the opportunity for indepth learning and online discussions on topics of leadership culture and accountability, advanced coaching practices, leading diverse teams, engaging others in strategic / systems thinking, leading quality and continuous improvement, and sustaining best practices. more
Exploring Professional Practice for MLTs
Build and maintain your professional Portfolio. The participants will conduct self-evaluations, reflections and goal setting with an eye to developing their professional development plans and documenting their professional activities as required by the Quality Assurance requirements of their professional Regulatory College. more
RTi3 Research Theory and Practice for Medical Radiation Sciences
This course, offered in partnership with University of Toronto’s Department of Radiation Oncology, provides students with the knowledge and skills to conduct practice-related research. It focuses on the practical issues involved in the design of novel research as a principal investigator as it will enable the student to conceive, design and operationalize a research proposal. more
