A completed registration form,upon acceptance by The Michener Institute (Michener) together with the full payment of the registration fee constitutes a contract for rental of the space, assigned by Michener. Any exhibitor failing to occupy space is not relieved of the obligations of paying full rental price.
Assignment of SpaceAssignment of space will be made based on the date on which the Exhibitor makes formal application and full payment. The Michener Institute reserves the right of final decision and the right to amend the floor plans or relocate Exhibitors as necessary.
Character of ExhibitThe Michener Institute reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, exhibitor or proposed exhibit or exhibitor, which is not in keeping with the character of The Michener Career Fair. This reservation covers persons, things, conduct, printed matter, souvenirs, emblems and all things which affect the character of the exhibit.
Payment of SpaceThe exhibit space cost to March 2, 2009 is $399.00, plus GST. After March 2, 2009, the cost is $499.00, plus GST. Please make cheques payable to The Michener Institute. The Michener Institute reserves the right to cancel your exhibit space if the full exhibit fee has not been received by March 31, 2009.
CancellationAny cancellation must be received in writing. In the event an exhibitor cancels exhibit space on or before March 2, 2009, 50% of the full fee will be refunded. Cancellations received between March 5 and March 31 2009 will receive a 25% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations made after March 31 2009.
Exhibitor's RepresentativeEach Exhibitor organization must name one person to be its official representative who will be responsible for the exhibit. This person will be identified on the Exhibitor Application Form and will act as sole liaison between their organization and The Michener Institute.
Exhibit ApplicationFill in the Exhibitor Application Form, completing all sections clearly. Attach a cheque made payable to The Michener Institute, or a Visa/MasterCard number for the fee(s) plus applicable GST. Mail or courier it to:

Bronze Level - $700.00, plus GST
- Third choice of exhibit spaces (please indicate top three choices on your registration form)
